Our Story
We launched EPI in 2023 — named after our childhood school, “El Peñón” — as a tribute to the friendships and values that shaped us. Our mission is simple: to offer independent, honest real estate advice to investors from all backgrounds, while treating every client with the warmth and trust we extend to fellow El Peñón alumni.
Why Portugal? Because it’s one of the strongest and most resilient real estate markets in Europe. We’ve invested here ourselves, and after years of helping friends and family make smart, confident decisions, it was time to make our work official.
Over the past eight years, we’ve done the work: learned the language, built a trusted network of partners, and developed deep, first-hand expertise. We've helped many fellow “Amigos Peñoneros” along the way — and now we’re here for you too.

Germán, expert investor across European markets
Studied Computer Sciences at Uppsala University, Sweden. Currently lives in Switzerland and works in the investment management area. He personally invests in real estate projects in Portugal and across the world.
Simón, expert in market and commercial insights & analytics
Expert in Analytics and Technology applied to investing, real estate and business insights. Executive experience with over 20 years working for Procter & Gamble in consumer goods, and over 6 years for Visa in financial services.
Anabella, expert real estate broker in Venezuela
Studied at El Peñon with several EPI founders and partners. Anabella is our connection to the Venezuelan real estate market, and the Portuguese diaspora that lives in Latin América.
Reynaldo, expert in business in Portugal
Studied at UC Berkeley. 20 years of international experience in consulting and retail working for Procter & Gamble, McKinsey & Co., Louis Vuitton and Gucci. He speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
Virginia, expert in operations and in the real estate market in Spain
She is our expert in sales, operations and negotiating the best deals. Virginia knows the neighbor markets with deep roots in Spain. She is at the core of all EPI operations.

Studied at Columbia University. 20 years of international experience in real estate investment in CBRE, Astra and Emasin. Expert in Portugal real estate market trends, risk, and asset valuation.
Susana, expert in re-location services
Studied at El Peñon with several EPI founders and partners. Venezuelan with deep roots to Portugal. Has been living in Lisbon for more than a decade helping expats to relocate.
Sebastián, expert in property management in Portugal
Simon E. and Sebastián, founders of Bleisured, moved to Portugal in 2020 where they studied at Nova SBE. Operating and managing serviced apartments in Lisbon, they provide a hassle-free, turnkey solution for property owners and tenants.
